All of the items listed below are included in your confee. Please review the “Food and drink” section if you’d like a better idea of the kind of food that is served.

Please note you are not able to select a room type until you’ve paid 100 EUR towards your fee. This means a room is not reserved for you until you’ve paid your first installment. FWH may cancel your registration if no installment is received within two weeks from your registration date.

Roomsharing can be set up once all members of your desired share have paid in full.

If you wish to sponsor FWH and enable us to do extra stuff such as additional snacks, a high tea, further decoration and other fun events, please see the options below. Your sponsorship also ensures the hardworking staff get some nice foods to munch on as they set up the con.
