frequently asked questions

You have to be 18 on April 13th, 2018 to attend FWH. You may be asked to show a valid ID as an additional age check. Due to the rules and regulations in the Netherlands we cannot accept minors.

As mentioned on our homepage, FWH has limited spots and registration does not mean you’re automatically attending. While we do welcome new people, we have to make a selection because there is simply not enough space to accept everyone. Acceptance is therefore a manual job and it may take some days for you to either receive an acceptance or ‘waiting list’ email. Again we stress that FWH is not first come, first serve.

Due to above mentioned limited spots, we’ve taken on a waiting list system. The waiting list is basically just that: a waiting list with people waiting for spots to free up. Because FWH offers no refunds, we arrange to have a ticket sold if someone cancels. You will be contacted if this is the case.

The confee for FWH 2018 starts from 199 EUR. The total price of the confee depends on the amount of people you share a room with. Several options will be shown to you when you register. If you pay before September 15th, 2017, you get a discount of 24 EUR, resulting in a possible confee of 175 EUR. There are also several add-on options:
  • Sponsor 25,00 EUR
  • Super Sponsor 50,00 EUR

In short: FWH is all-inclusive, so everything but alcohol is included. The detailed answer: the confee pays for your complete stay for four days and three nights at the location, tourist tax included. Next to that it pays for all your meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert), snacks, candy, unlimited non-alcoholic things including but not limited to coffee, tea, softdrinks and milk. Additionally, bedsheets and a towel are included. Lastly, you get a t-shirt from FWH!

A valid ID (please note this may not be a driver’s license!), toiletries, medication, towels if you feel one won’t be enough, a good mood.

The location provides: a blanket, a pillow, a matress cover and sheets/covers for your blanket and pillow. You don’t need to bring any sleeping gear unless you prefer using your own pillow.

We need to be able to supply a list of individuals attending for security reasons and tourist tax, which is why we need your real name and address. Our database access is limited our organisation and your details will not be shown to anyone but us and the location owner/authorities when required.

We are able to provide for you if you are a vegetarian and have allergies, however we can only do so if you fill out the appropriate fields in the registration. If you do not let us know in advance, we will be unable to provide you with the appropriate food. Especially with allergies it is very important you let us know what you’re allergic to. We have trained first aiders on site, if you use medication and feel we should know about it, leave your details in the appropriate field. They will take care of you!

You are not allowed to bring beer, because we supply it at a discount price of 1 euro per glass. Because this costs quite a bit of money, we ask you to respect the rule of not bringing beer. Other alcohol you can however bring! We do ask that you drink responsibly otherwise you’ll meet our trusty bucket of cold water. If you get drunk and make a mess, we’ll have you clean it up.

Yes, but please keep in mind we don’t allow for weed usage. Regular hookah when used outside the buildings is fine!

Please do! We have a small fursuit lounge with fans, snacks, drinks and a head/paw drying station.

This location does not allow any animals on site. No exceptions can be made to this rule unfortunately.

Nerf guns are welcome at FWH! We only ask that you’re responsible with their usage. Please know that props resembling real guns are illegal in the Netherlands, this includes airsoft guns. An exception can be made for items such as LARP props, but please ask in advance. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis, so be sure to send along a picture.
